1. Besondere Dienstleistungen im Sinn von Artikel 42 Absatz 2 des Finanzhaushaltgesetzes[3], die zusätzlich verrechnet werden, sind insbesondere Gutachten und Untersuchungen von Dritten und dergleichen sowie besondere Auslagen für Spesen, Material und Geräte.
