S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta V.D.E., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 6532/314/2012 conexat la Dosar nr. 6284/314/2012 ale Judecătoriei Suceava.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta V.D.E. și V.R.V.
