Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3011/114/2013 al Tribunalului Buzău, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 26 iunie 2013.

Petentul a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele incocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Avocat Ș.L., pentru intimații Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Pietroasele și V.G.C., a depus delegație de reprezentare și a solicitat respingerea cererii pentru motivele prezentate verbal.
