Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixat termen la data de 03 octombrie 2013.

Petenta A.A. depune la dosar dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și timbru judiciar aferent. Solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele expuse verbal.
