Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixat termen la data de 10 septembrie 2013.

Se mai referă și că petenții au depus taxa judiciară de timbru și timbrul judiciar aferent și precizări însoțite de înscrisuri.
