Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 13321/280/2012 al Judecătoriei Pitești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 05 iunie 2013.
