Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10318/101/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 30 aprilie 2013.

Avocat C.V., pentru petent, a depus delegație de reprezentare, precum și dovada achitării taxei de timbru aferentă cererii de strămutare.

Având cuvântul asupra cererii de strămutare, aceasta a arătat că lasă la aprecierea instanței asupra cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
