Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Constitutional Court granted the recusal of a judge who had previously served in the Supreme Court while the applicant was a Prosecutor General Adjunct. The applicant argued that their professional relationship constituted a friendship under the Civil Procedure Code, while the opposing party, the Superior Council of the Judiciary, opposed the request. The court recognized the objective pertinence of this circumstance and dispensed the judge from intervening in the proceedings.
