Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Court of Cassation declared the appeal inadmissible because the cited grounds were not permitted under the law for a legality proceeding. The appellant argued that the citation notice was improperly served to a detainee and that previous rulings were legally flawed, but the court found these arguments either factually unfounded or merely repetitive of issues already decided. Consequently, the court rejected the appeal without examining the merits of the underlying case.
