Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Court of Cassation declared the criminal appeal inadmissible because the defendant voluntarily withdrew the request. The defense attorney signed a special power of attorney document in which the accused explicitly renounced the appeal against the preliminary ruling. Consequently, the court ordered the appellant to pay procedural costs and a fine to the state treasury.
