azione creditoria,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 25 luglio 2025 dalla Camera civile dei reclami del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino (16.2025.4).
Considerando:
che il Giudice di pace del circolo di Paradiso, adito dalla B.________ AG, ha condannato con decisione 31 ottobre 2024 A.________ a versare all'attrice fr. 3'657.05;
che con sentenza 25 luglio 2025 la Camera civile dei reclami del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino ha dichiarato inammissibile, siccome tardivo, il reclamo 3 gennaio 2025 presentato da A.________;
che quest'ultimo è insorto al Tribunale federale con ricorso 3 settembre 2025;
che non è stato ordinato uno scambio di scritti;
che con decreto 4 settembre 2025 il ricorrente è invano stato invitato a versare entro il 19 settembre 2025 un anticipo per le spese presunte del processo di fr. 500.--;
che il 25 settembre 2025 è stato impartito al ricorrente il termine suppletorio dell'art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF per effettuare il predetto versamento entro il 10 ottobre 2025 con l'indicazione delle conseguenze di un mancato tempestivo pagamento;
che il 21 ottobre 2025 la Cassa del Tribunale federale ha constatato che il richiesto anticipo non è stato pagato né accreditato sul suo conto postale e che non le è pervenuto alcun avviso di addebito di un conto bancario o postale;
che in queste circostanze il Tribunale federale non può entrare nel merito del ricorso (art. 48 cpv. 4 e 62 cpv. 3 LTF);
che, come indicato nei predetti decreti, un eventuale ritiro del ricorso doveva essere dichiarato per iscritto, il mancato pagamento del richiesto anticipo non supplendo a una tale dichiarazione;
che il ricorso, manifestamente inammissibile, va deciso dal Presidente della Corte adita nella procedura semplificata (art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF);
che le spese giudiziarie seguono la soccombenza (art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF), mentre non si giustifica assegnare ripetibili, l'opponente non essendo stata invitata a determinarsi sul ricorso;
Per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 300.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla Camera civile dei reclami del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
