The Supreme Court of Slovenia granted permission for a review of the second-instance judgment on specific constitutional grounds. The applicant challenged the lower courts' decisions on lease contract invalidity and damages, arguing they failed to meet the reasoning standards of Article 22 of the Constitution and the right to legal remedy under Article 25. The court decided to allow the review because the conditions for admissibility under the Code of Civil Procedure were satisfied for these specific constitutional questions.
