Revizija se dopusti glede vprašanja, ali je odločitev sodišča prve stopnje o zavrženju tožbe glede na okoliščine konkretnega primera pravilna.

[OBRAZLOŽITEV]

1. Upravno sodišče je tožbo zavrglo in odločilo, da vsaka stranka trpi svoje stroške postopka.

2. Zoper sklep Upravnega sodišča vlaga tožeča stranka predlog za dopustitev revizije.
