Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia delegated jurisdiction to the District Court in Ptuj because all judges at the District Court in Slovenska Bistrica were disqualified. The plaintiff argued that the disqualification of all four judges necessitated urgent delegation under Article 66 of the Act on Civil Procedure. The court agreed, selecting Ptuj as the alternative venue since it lies outside the Maribor District Court's jurisdiction where the plaintiff resides.
