The Supreme Court of Slovenia declared the appellant's appeal withdrawn because the required court fee was not paid within the statutory 15-day period. Although the appellant had previously challenged earlier payment orders, the court rejected these objections and issued a final order for payment. Consequently, the court applied the third paragraph of Article 105.a of the Civil Procedure Act to deem the appeal withdrawn due to non-compliance.

VSL sklep II Cp 1856/2000
Court allows appeal dismissing first instance ruling on statute of limitations for court fees and non-retroactive application of new procedural law.
VSL sklep II Cp 2739/2012
Appeal dismissed because the lawyer failed to sign it, making the document formally incomplete under ZPP. The court rejected the appeal without returning it for correction. The appeal was rejected due to lack of the lawyer's signature, rendering it formally incomplete under the Civil Procedure Act. The court dismissed the appeal without returning it for correction, as no provision exists for supplementing incomplete appeals in this context. The decision establishes that a lawyer's signature is mandatory for an appeal's validity. The court ruled that without the lawyer's signature, the appeal is incomplete and cannot be corrected. The appeal was dismissed because the lawyer did not sign it, violating formal requirements. The court held that the absence of the lawyer's signature renders the appeal incomplete and inadmissible. The decision clarifies that incomplete appeals cannot be returned for correction under the Civil Procedure Act. The appeal was dismissed due to the lawyer's failure to sign, making it formally defective. The court emphasized that the lawyer's signature is a strict requirement for appeal validity. The decision confirms that incomplete appeals are rejected without an option for supplementation. The appeal was dismissed because the lawyer did not sign it, violating formal requirements.

5. V skladu z drugim odstavkom 14. člena ZUS-1 je v zadevi odločala sodnica posameznica.
