The Supreme Court of Slovenia granted permission for a review regarding the legality of a labor transfer decision. The lower court had previously annulled the transfer due to insufficient reasoning, but the appellant argued that the lack of explanation alone does not constitute illegality. The court decided to allow the review because existing case law is inconsistent, necessitating a clarification to ensure legal certainty and uniform application of the law.
