The Supreme Court of Slovenia rejected the defendant's application for review, citing non-compliance with the statutory requirements for admissibility under Article 367.a of the Code of Civil Procedure. Although the lower courts partially ruled in favor of the plaintiff regarding a pension claim and social contribution errors, the review threshold was not satisfied. Consequently, the Supreme Court declined to examine the merits of the case, leaving the second-instance judgment in force.

[JEDRO]

člena Zakona o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju presodilo o utemeljenosti regresnega zahtevka zoper toženko za znesek 5.485,25 EUR s pripadajočimi zakonskimi zamudnimi obrestmi in pravdnimi stroški.
