Ugotovi se umik predloga za dopustitev revizije.

[OBRAZLOŽITEV]

1. Sodišče prve stopnje je ugodilo tožbenemu zahtevku za izstavitev nove pogodbe o zaposlitvi in za obračun višje plače tožniku za čas od 1. 8. 2008 dalje. Toženi stranki je naložilo v plačilo tožnikove stroške postopka.

2. Sodišče druge stopnje je ugodilo pritožbi tožene stranke in spremenilo sodbo prve stopnje tako, da je tožbeni zahtevek v celoti zavrnilo.

3. Tožeča stranka je vložila predlog za dopustitev revizije.

4. V vlogi z dne 14. 3. 2014 je tožeča stranka sporočila, da umika predlog za dopustitev revizije, ker se je s toženo stranko poravnala.
