The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the request for the transfer of jurisdiction, upholding the respondent parties' position. The dispute involved petitioners seeking to remove civil case No. 6124/285/2010 from the Suceava Court of Appeal, where a hearing was scheduled and the respondents had already filed an answer. The court determined that the procedural prerequisites for changing the venue were not met, rejecting the motion as the Public Ministry had also concluded for its dismissal; the decision is final and without appeal.
