Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10055/196/2012 al Judecătoriei Brăila, a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 17 octombrie 2013.
