The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition for the transfer of jurisdiction (strămutare) requested by the petitioner regarding Case No. 8173/94/2012, thereby leaving the case with the Buftea Court. The dispute involved a procedural request to transfer the venue of an ongoing civil matter, which the defendant's counsel and the Public Ministry opposed. The court's decision, which is final and non-appealable, upheld the jurisdiction of the original court, rejecting the grounds for transfer raised by the applicant.
