Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, petentul deși a fost citat cu mențiunea de achita taxa judiciară de timbru și timbru judiciar, acesta nu s-a conformat acestei obligații, iar potrivit E., sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen de judecată la data de 27 septembrie 2013.

Avocat V.P.I., depune împuternicire avocațială și solicită anularea cererii de strămutare ca netimbrată.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune aceleași concluzii.
