Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit E., -sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen de judecată la data de 4 octombrie 2013. La data de 17 septembrie 2013 intimatul a depus la dosar, prin fax, concluzii scrise.

Avocat F.G.L. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
