Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 955/173/2012 al Tribunalului Vrancea, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 26 septembrie 2013.

Petenții, având pe rând cuvântul, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare așa cum a fost formulată, pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
