Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a fost înaintat de către completul C4 în vederea discutării cererii de conexare a prezentei cauze la Dosarul nr. 3521/1/2013 cu termen la 13 septembrie 2013.

Întrucât în urma verificărilor efectuate a rezultat că există identitate între motivele prezentei cereri de strămutare și motivele cererii de strămutare din Dosarul nr. 3522/1/2013, având în vedere obiectul cauzei și calitatea părților, constată că sunt întrunite condițiile pentru a dispune conexarea celor două dosare, existând identitate de obiect, părți și cauză, în raport cu dispozițiile art. 962 din Regulamentul de ordine interioară al instanțelor judecătorești, coroborat cu art. 164 C. proc. civ., motiv pentru care,
