Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4536/101/2013 al Tribunalului Mehedinți, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 02 iulie 2013.
