Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2716/122/2012 al Tribunalul Giurgiu, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 10 aprilie 2013.
