S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.P.S.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul prin avocat C.S., lipsind intimata SC M.D. SRL.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 865/105/2011 al Judecătoriei Dej, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 27 iunie 2013.
