S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC M.C. SA.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimatele SC P.I. SRL, SC E. SRL și S.R.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ., la 13 iunie 2013.
