S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SN A.I.T.T.V. SA.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimatul C.V.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 19 septembrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
