S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta T.S.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petenta personal, lipsă fiind intimații G.N. și Colegiul Economic Râmnicu Vâlcea.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 8 octombrie 2013.
