S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții B.M.G., I.V., I.R. și O.O.E.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții și intimata Curtea de Apel Alba Iulia.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 26 septembrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
