S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul G.G.A.

La apelul nominal, lipsesc petentul G.G.A., intimații F.C.B. (prin reprezentant legal, F.A.), D.G., Spitalul Municipal Târgu Secuiesc.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
