S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta U.K.S.P. (SC C.A.P.S. SRL), prin care solicită strămutarea judecăți procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 4765/1285/2011 al Tribunalului Comercial Cluj.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petenta U.K.S.P. (SC C.A.P.S. SRL), prin avocat M.S.O., cu împuternicire avocațială la dosar la fila 10, lipsă fiind intimata SC S.F.C.C.F.R. Cluj SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.
