S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta SC B.F. SRL, prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 13876/212/2012 al Tribunalului Constanța.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta SC B.F. SRL și intimații C.L.Ș. și G.A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a:fost soluționat la data de 23 mai 2013.
