S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta O.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimații Instituția Primarului Municipiului Târgu Jiu, A.M., Comisia Locală Târgu Jiu, Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
