S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul L.G.

La apelul nominal lipsește petentul și intimatele Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Bocșa, Comisia Județeană pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate asupra Terenurilor Zalău.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.
