S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul L.I.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petentului și a intimaților Comuna Păuliș prin Primar, E.P., L.I.G., S.I., P.A.M., M.E., N.M.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6/205/2011 al Tribunalului Arad, ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, a fost soluționat la 6 iunie 2013.
