La data de 25 iunie 2013 s-a înregistrat pe rolul acestei instanțe cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 4808/225/2013 al Curții de Apel Craiova, secția civilă, formulată de SC A.C.S. SA.

La data de 26 iunie 2013 petenta SC A.C.S. SA a depus cerere de renunțare la judecata cererii de strămutare.

Cauza a primit termen de judecată la data de 12 septembrie pentru judecarea cererii de renunțare la judecată.
