S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.G.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata B.C., reprezentată de avocat B.E., lipsind petentul M.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a cărei strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 14 decembrie 2012. Se mai referă și faptul că intimata B.C. a depus întâmpinare la 16 noiembrie 2012.
