S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții L.A.M. și Ș.N.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, respectiv petenții L.A.M. și Ș.N.A. și intimații Consiliul local Iași și Municipiul Iași.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a cărei strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 26 noiembrie 2012.
