S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul F.N.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul F.N., personal și asistat de avocat C.C., lipsind intimații N.F., M. (P.) E., Comisia Județeană de Aplicare a. Legii Fondului Funciar Argeș și Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Priboieni.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
