S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.S.G. și M.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, respectiv petenții M.S.G. și M.I. și intimații P.l. și P.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
