S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții C.M. și C.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, respectiv petenții C.M. și C.A. și intimatul Municipiul Piatra-Neamț prin primar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen de judecată la data de 29 noiembrie 2012.
