S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul R.T. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 26668/233/2010 al Curții de Apel Galați.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul, precum și intimații V.G. și V.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.
