S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenții G.C.G., V.A.I. și S.E.M. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 3694/325/2010 al Curții de Apel Timișoara.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții, precum și intimații S.M. și S.V.C.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.
