S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta D.V.A. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 18181/233/2012 al Judecătoriei Galați.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata D.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată al instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 18181/233/2012 al Judecătoriei Galați, a cărui strămutare se cere, are termen de judecată la data de 2 aprilie 2013.
