S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenții B.D. și B.G. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 26503/245/2011 al Judecătoriei Iași.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții, precum și intimații D.F.D., SC O.V.I.G. SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.
