S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC M.I. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata SC B.G.V. & R. SRL reprezentată de avocat O.M., lipsă fiind petenta și Comisia locală pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Zăbrani, Comisia locală pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Fântânele, Comisia județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Arad, Agenția Domeniilor Statului București, Comuna Fântânele prin primar, SC F.A.
