S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta G.M.C.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimații V.T., D.M.C., N.T.R., P.B.D. și V.I.S.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4649/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 19 noiembrie 2012.
